First we start by creating a unique, inaudible sound known as “ToneTags.” They are then embed into a variety of media such as TV, radio, smart devices, and even in-venue audio.
When broadcast, the inaudible tag is picked up by any in-range device, but will only activate devices that have opted-in to an advertiser’s marketing content. Device information is then filtered by a customizable yet predetermined set of guide lines that alert the broadcaster on which content to deliver to each responsive device.
Seconds later, customized content is pushed out to the appropriate devices based on the content that contained the ToneTag they received as well as advertiser criteria.
After the devices recieve their custom created advertisement it is then up to them whether or not to engage with the notification. If they do they will be taken directly to the advertisers site where they can redeem their special offers.
